Smart Light
Investigating connected lighting as a platform for embedded sensing, control, and distributed intelligence.
Infrastructure as an experimental platform.
Smart Light considers lighting hardware as a distributed embedded system: power, control, sensors, and communications working together in an environment that demands reliability and visibility.
Research may explore control architectures, state measurement, communication interfaces, fault awareness, and energy behavior. The project is currently a concept, rather than a published field-validated product.
Technical designs and measurable hypotheses will be documented as the scope is defined.
Questions under consideration
